Service Description
Clients often have important questions arise in between training sessions. Phone consultations for existing clients are a great way to address issues quickly. This service works well for: a sudden behavioral concern that you need feedback on, help for a new puppy in the home as they develop through different stages, and unexpected pre and post-medical procedure issue.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the start of each training session, via cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the Client is responsible for payment of the appointment in full, except in the case of a true canine emergency. A true canine emergency is defined as the dog enrolled in training experiencing a severe medical issue that prohibits their ability to engage in training. This fee applies to all lessons, including those that are pre-paid. This fee is charged at the discretion of Right Vibe Dog Training. If issues such as severe weather, human illness, or Covid-19 exposure prohibit the Client from physically attending the appointment, a Zoom or phone lesson will be offered. If the Client declines to have a Zoom or phone lesson, then the cancellation fee will apply. All balances over 30 days past due will be charged a 3% fee. There is a $35 fee for all checks returned due to insufficient funds. Right Vibe Dog Training reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for non-payment, as well as to utilize a collections agency for balances over 90 days past due. If more than 2 scheduled training sessions are missed, Right Vibe Dog Training reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services, as canine behavioral training requires consistency in order to be effective. If training sessions are often missed, your dog's rate of progress may reduce significantly.
